At EM Systems, Inc. we take customer service very seriously. We understand the critical nature of our customer’s business and are available to provide support 24/7, 365 days a year. Our support calls are taken by the same people who develop the programs; therefore providing optimal support for our clients.

EM Systems can provide our customers access to an online support system that allows our users to post service requests, monitor request / history status, download updates, and search knowledge databases. The system also provides for downloading learning resources such as training manuals and help files. Online support can be accessed at http://support.em-sys.net.

 

Consulting / Project Management Services

EM Systems provides experienced professionals to work with our clients in the planning, scheduling, and implementation of projects. Our services are provided from the critical planning phases of a project through training, operation, and maintenance. Our professionals can also provide assistance with the coordination among agencies, jurisdictions, and states that may have requirements associated with sharing information collected by EM Systems' products.

 

Training

EM Systems’ training programs are customizable to suit the needs of our clients. We offer training in the form of instructor-led training or train-the-trainer programs.

We offer product User and Training Manuals which can also be customized to suit specific requirements for call takers, dispatch personnel, mobile users, and system administrators.

Training requirements and associated costs should be determined at the onset of your project.

 

Maintenance

EM Systems offers standard software maintenance agreements that provide for new software releases and updates in addition to providing phone and online support. Remote access can also be established to handle customer support issues.
