Reporting
Various
modules throughout LEMS provide robust and flexible options
to run reports based on a variety of criteria. Users are provided
the option of selecting the criteria for their reports. Reporting
capabilities include everything from state mandated reporting
requirements to field reporting functionality from EM Systems'
Mobile Data System (MDS).
Reports
are maintained in the system for review, authorization, follow-up,
or editing by other users. A secure report feature is provided
to allow the user to secure reports and provide access to
authorized users only. An audit trail is also provided showing
who has accessed the system and what changes were made to
a record.
A
Police Report Section is included in EM Systems' Records Management
System (RMS) and is used for writing narrative and follow-up
reports. The system allows for basic word processing functions,
spell checking, copying and moving, text formatting, etc.
