Fleet Management System (FMS)

EM Systems' Fleet Management System (FMS) provides a centralized approach to managing a fleet of public safety vehicles. In addition to maintaining vehicle details such as make, model, VIN#, plate number, etc., the system was designed to monitor vehicle assignments and assist in management of day-to-day field operations.

The system provides tools for tracking tag expiration dates, maintenance, repair and associated costs. A valuable tool is included for monitoring equipment associated with a vehicle such as a computer or radio.

From purchasing through to disposition, the Fleet Management System tracks vehicle data and maintenance information and provides reporting tools to assist in managing public safety fleets.

Data maintained in the FMS includes:
