EM Systems' AVL System is a real-time automatic vehicle location system used to pinpoint the location of equipped vehicles and track their movement. The system allows you to visually see the location of units in the field, enhance dispatch operations, and increase officer safety.

The Windows-based application is designed to track any number of vehicles with accuracy to within 10 meters. The system transmits unit location and logs data, including latitude/longitude, speed and direction for mapping and tracking purposes. Once the vehicle location data is retrieved, it is plotted on a digitized map.
